About The Author

As a child, I loved books and reading. After graduating college, I worked for 35 years in my pharmacy profession. I am now retired and perusing my love for writing, especially children’s picture books.
I am passionate about travel & photography, especially animals and nature. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to travel to 115 countries & would like to use my experiences to share glimpses of the world and its diversity to young readers.
My adorable Bengal cat, Amara has inspired me to write my first children's picture book, “Amara Sets Sail”. I hope you enjoy reading this heartwarming story about a lovable Bengal cat that explores the world. Be on the lookout for her next destination.
